Mark Bradford will be cooking Duck Fesenjan it is one of the iconic dishes of Persian cuisine, and is one of the best ways to cook duck legs.
Mark will be assisted with the canapes by Gary Linnane and 2 canape "virgins" Fabian Dwyer and Craig Smith. It would be great if we could get a turn out to support them.
Lunch is $90 and guests are welcome .
