Much loved Wine and Food Society chef James Hill will be serving another one of his famous dishes which no doubt would be a Chef of the Year contender .
James will be presenting a classic Catalan dish of chicken and clams with picada. Picada is one of the most essential parts of Catalan cooking, and James will demonstrate why this is so.
